GRS provided strategic advice and support on internal and external communications during post- merger and‘Transition’.

The project involved blending the urban and rural water authorities into one new Authority in terms of people, systems, and customer service.

This involved a building community and customer confidence and positive relationships between staff; and assisting the Authority in confidently addressing transition issues, including a review to improve internal communications and strategies and gaining public support and acceptance through external media.
