As an example, our strategic advice and support in addressing competitor issues concerning complex engineering features and proprietary algorithms of their steel and other heavy material water cutting technology, resulted in the company maintaining the high ground in terms of its expertise and product and service capabilities.
This involved educating and informing commercial customers about the unique and outstanding features of the company’s products and services, developing a marketing communications style guide for use internationally, creating marketing material, customer product and information brochures, media articles, advertorials and other communications to inform and raise awareness.
