As administration and OH&S issues emerged during the Federal Government’s 2010 insulation program, responding to critical media and political commentary became the focus of communications for the Insulation Council of Australia and New Zealand.
With the ongoing support of GRS, the Council maintained a front line role in media and crisis communications, and responded successfully to the frentic pace of media inquiry and coverage.
